Ontwerpburo Peter Willems
With all the experiences, learning and practicing the profession and have the background production knowledge, I started "Ontwerpburo Peter Willems", located at the Laan van Meerdervoort 53d, The Hague.
Signpost Design, Ciniru, Jakarta
After working for Consensus MBL and Metrika Yasa, I decided to start a design studio together with two Indonesian partners. We were working from my home where there was space for a meeting room, an office, a reception and a studio, located in Jl. Ciniru VI, close to Block M.
We had a great team and were working for few big clients, such as Kiwi Prodenta and Sara Lee. Was for me also the first time to work with an Apple Classic Computer to execute my design work.
After a year and a few months I had to move from this place and also the partnership turned out not to work.
Willems Design, Tebet, Jakarta
I moved to a house in Jl. Tebet Barat Dalam X, where I also could have a room for my studio. I was working under my own name now. So now and then I was in need of a photographer, Jan Dekker (right), and a communication master, Roald Hadinegoro (top left). Later we became good friends and still are…
I continue working for loyal clients such as: ING Insurance, Allianz Insurance, Dutch Embassy, Kiwi Prodenta, Sara Lee, Bakrie Brothers, to name a few.
